WHAT ARE YOU FEEDING THE NEXT GENERATION? PART 4: WHAT ARE YOU PRODUCING? Galatians 5:22–23 (NLT) “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!” In Part 1, we asked: WHAT ARE YOU FEEDING YOURSELF? We learned that what we consume matters because what we feed can grow. In Part 2, we asked: WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE YOU? We learned that what enters us must be processed. Hearing the Word is not enough. The Word must enter our hearts and transform our lives. In Part 3, we asked: WHAT IS FLOWING OUT OF YOU? We learned that what is happening inside us will eventually find expression through our words, attitudes, decisions and actions. PART 3 : DIVINE ENDOSCOPY – INVESTIGATING THE INNER ORGANS OF THE HEART


Jeremiah 17:9–10

 “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind…”



Recap of Part 2:

In our last session, we went through God’s CT Scan of Conscience—where His Word sliced through the layers of our lives, exposing hidden contradictions between what we show in public and what we hide in private. We learned that every layer must align with His truth.


An endoscopy allows doctors to see inside hollow organs—like the stomach or intestines—to uncover what’s been consumed, stored, or damaging the internal system. It’s often used when patients experience discomfort, bloating, pain, or internal bleeding.

Spiritually, God also wants to investigate what we’ve swallowed emotionally, mentally, and relationally—especially the things we’ve digested that now cause spiritual discomfort or blockages.


🔍 Reflection

You may have swallowed:

Bitterness from betrayal

Rejection from people’s words

Fear from repeated failures

Toxic teachings that felt right but aren’t biblical

These spiritual “foods” can cause:

Acidic thoughts (anger, jealousy, hate)

Blocked pipes (unforgiveness, emotional constipation)

Silent bleeding (depression, exhaustion, hopelessness)

Like David, we need to say:

“Lord, examine what I’ve digested. Did I absorb pain and poison? Or Your truth and grace?”



📌 Call to Action

Let God insert His Word like a spiritual endoscope:

✅ Ask Him to reveal what’s still stuck inside you
✅ Let Him flush out anything that doesn’t nourish your spirit
✅ Begin replacing toxic thoughts with truth-filled scriptures

How has what you’ve absorbed affected your faith, trust, or love?

Are you spiritually bloated with things God never meant you to digest?



🙏🏽 Prayer

Lord, examine my inner being. Search the emotional and spiritual organs of my heart. Reveal what I’ve digested that is causing unrest. I surrender every toxin—every memory, lie, or wound—and I ask You to cleanse me. Nourish me with Your Word and truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
