But as I kept watching, something unusual happened. This tiny bird was shown “ sewing ” leaves together to build its nest. At first, I doubted it. It looked almost staged. But curiosity pushed me further. I paused the video… watched it again… and then again. That moment didn’t just stay on TikTok—it followed me off the app. I found myself searching: “ Is this real? Part 5: HEALING AND RESTORATION – A NEW BEGINNING - FINAL LAP 

2 Chronicles 7:14

Recap of Part 4: Removing the Dead tissue – The Painful but necessary process.


In Part 4, we learned about the painful but necessary process of removing “dead tissue.” Whether it's toxic habits, sinful behaviors, or corrupt systems, true healing requires cutting off what no longer brings life. It’s never easy, but it's the path to genuine transformation.


The Final Lap:

We’ve journeyed through the stages of recognizing wounds, confronting cover-ups, acting against delays, and making tough choices to remove what harms us. Now we arrive at the final lap—restoration. Healing may take time, but it is possible. Just like the diabetic patient who lost a leg but gained life, we too can recover what remains and build something stronger, better, and lasting. Healing is not the end—it’s a new beginning.

LIFE APPLICATION:


After amputation, the body adjusts and heals. The pain is real, but life is saved.


This is how restoration happens in different areas:


Physically: Commitment to a healthier lifestyle leads to recovery.


Academically/Career-wise: Discipline and perseverance lead to success.


Spiritually: True repentance leads to revival.


Leadership: Courageous decisions lead to national renewal.

Lord, heal my life, my leadership, and my nation. Let restoration flow where there has been brokenness. Amen.

    After removing the "dead tissues" from our lives, healing may take time but it only makes us stronger in the end.
