THE MIRACLE YOU MUST WALK AWAY FROM PART 1 — THE EMPTY NETS BEFORE THE MIRACLE
John 3:16 , 1 Peter 2:2
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son.”
“As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.”
Previously in Part 5, we explored “Natural Birth vs. Spiritual Birth.” We saw that while our natural birth gives us entry into the world, spiritual birth grants us access to God’s Kingdom. Jesus told Nicodemus that no one can see or enter the Kingdom without being born of water and Spirit. We discovered that this birth marks the beginning of a believer’s transformation into a Kingdom citizen—reborn, renewed, and realigned with Heaven’s rule.
In today’s teaching, we’ll explore the mystery of the spiritual womb—specifically focusing on the placenta as a divine metaphor. Just as a baby in the womb draws life, nutrients, and strength through the placenta, believers depend on God’s Word, His love, and His provision to grow and mature spiritually.
Kingdom colonization begins with spiritual conception, but for the divine life within us to thrive, we must remain connected to the source of nourishment.
The Placenta — The Lifeline of Growth
In biology, the placenta is a temporary yet vital organ that forms the connection between a mother and her unborn child. It supplies oxygen, nutrients, and antibodies while removing waste. Without it, the child cannot survive.
Spiritually, the placenta represents God’s system of nourishment and care for His children. Through His Word, Love, and Provision, He sustains our growth and prepares us for Kingdom assignment.
Let’s break this down:
1. God’s Word — The Nutrient of the New Life (1 Peter 2:2; Matthew 4:4)
A baby receives physical nourishment through the placenta; likewise, the believer receives spiritual nourishment through the Word.
Jesus declared, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” The Word feeds our spirit, strengthens our faith, and renews our mind.
📖 1 Peter 2:2 reminds us, “As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.”
Practical Insight:
Every believer must intentionally feed on the Word—reading, meditating, and applying it daily. Just as skipping meals weakens the body, neglecting the Word weakens your spirit. When you study the Word, you are not just reading Scripture; you are receiving divine nutrients from Heaven’s placenta.
2. God’s Love — The Flow of Life (John 3:16; Romans 5:8)
The placenta not only gives nutrients but ensures a constant flow of life. Spiritually, that flow is God’s love.
John 3:16 tells us, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son.” The cross was the ultimate demonstration of divine love—a love that sustains, forgives, and restores.
Without experiencing and abiding in God’s love, believers become dry, fearful, and performance-driven. But when we understand that we are loved unconditionally, it fuels our growth, heals our wounds, and stabilizes our faith.
Life Example:
A believer who constantly doubts God’s love will struggle to grow, just like a baby starved of nutrients. But one who rests in God’s love thrives, even through trials, because love becomes their oxygen.
3. God’s Provision — The Supply System of Grace (Philippians 4:19)
The placenta ensures the baby lacks nothing. It supplies every nutrient at the right time.
In the same way, God’s provision ensures that everything we need for life and godliness is supplied through His divine system of grace (2 Peter 1:3).
Paul declared, “My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).
Kingdom living is not about striving in your own strength—it’s about trusting God’s supply chain. He provides strength for your weakness, wisdom for your confusion, and resources for your assignment.
Reflection Thought:
When you live connected to the Placenta of Heaven, you stop living in scarcity mindset. You begin to walk in abundance—spiritually, emotionally, and even materially—because you are drawing from a divine Source that never runs dry.
Living Connected to the Placenta
A baby doesn’t control the placenta—it simply receives through connection. Likewise, your role is to stay connected through faith, obedience, and intimacy.
Every time you pray, study the Word, worship, or obey divine instruction, you strengthen that connection. Every time you walk in doubt, fear, or disobedience, you weaken it.
God desires that you remain constantly attached to His system of growth so that you can fully manifest His Kingdom nature on earth.
Reflection:
Is God’s Word your daily nourishment or an occasional snack?
Are you resting in the flow of His love or striving for acceptance?
Do you trust God’s provision enough to stop worrying about tomorrow?
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for being my Source and Sustainer. Let Your Word feed my spirit, Your love renew my heart, and Your provision meet my every need. Keep me connected to You, that I may grow and bear fruit for Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
