THE MIRACLE YOU MUST WALK AWAY FROM PART 1 — THE EMPTY NETS BEFORE THE MIRACLE
Matthew 6:9–10, Romans 12:2, Proverbs 9:10
Welcome to Part 21 of our series, Kingdom Colonization: Living as Kingdom Immigrants.
Just as an immigrant must learn the laws, culture, and values of their new homeland, we—who have been born into God’s Kingdom—must learn to recognize God’s rule and submit fully to His authority.
Every kingdom on earth has symbols that define it: a flag, a constitution, and a representative. In the Kingdom of God, these symbols are powerful spiritual realities:
The Cross — our entry point into salvation
The Holy Spirit — the seal of our citizenship
The Word of God — the divine constitution that governs Kingdom life
Let’s explore what it means to live under the King’s rule.
1. Recognizing the New Kingdom
“Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name.” — Matthew 6:9
Immigrants pledge allegiance to their new nation. In the same way, Kingdom citizens acknowledge God as King.
To hallow His name is to treat Him as supreme, holy, set apart, and worthy of total reverence.
📖 Kingdom View
True citizens of God’s Kingdom walk in reverence, honoring God above culture, tradition, and personal preference (Proverbs 9:10).
2. Submitting to the King’s Rule
“Your Kingdom come, Your will be done…” — Matthew 6:10
Every immigrant must learn the laws of their new country. Likewise, we cannot live by the world’s values while claiming Kingdom citizenship.
Submission to God’s rule means allowing His will to override our desires, opinions, and old ways of thinking.
📖 Kingdom View
Submitting to God’s will transforms how we think, act, speak, and desire (Romans 12:2).
Kingdom Symbol Focus: The Word of God
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105
Every nation has a constitution that shapes its laws.
In God’s Kingdom, the Bible is our constitution—our guide, compass, and governing document.
Kingdom immigrants do not make decisions from worldly wisdom but from the constitution of Heaven.
When we obey the Word, we align with the King’s rule.
KEY THOUGHT
Kingdom immigrants do not carry the old culture of the world into the new Kingdom.
They recognize God as King and submit to His Word as their new governing order.
Reflection
Are you fully submitted to the King’s rule, or do you still carry “old citizenship habits” from the world?
Prayer
Father, I submit to Your rule. Let Your will govern my choices, shape my character, and align my heart with Your Kingdom. Amen.
Stay Tuned for part 22:
In Part 22, we uncover the mystery of:
“Kingdom Provision and Legal Status.”
You will learn what it truly means to have Kingdom rights, Kingdom backing, and Kingdom resources, and why God’s provision flows where His legal order is recognized.
Get ready — your understanding of divine supply is about to be upgraded.
