It begins with a whisper: “Just this once…” No one sets out to lose their soul. It starts with a small compromise that looks harmless, reasonable—even necessary. But what you call small… heaven calls costly. Because there is a kind of gain that looks like success…but is actually a loss in eternity. A profit that costs more than it gives.
